No. Renewal KYC is done over video, and if you need help loading the certificate onto your USB token, we can assist remotely via AnyDesk or UltraViewer — your location doesn't affect the process.
Yes, an expired DSC can still be renewed using the same PAN and Aadhaar details, though it's better to renew before expiry to avoid any gap in usage.
Not necessarily. If your existing token is working and compatible, the renewed certificate can usually be loaded onto it. A new token (₹590) is only needed if yours is lost, damaged, or an unsupported old model.
